We want to thank you for taking your time to visit our web page at P-Fitness. Following are some generic questions that have been asked numerous times and then our answers. We thought we’d beat you to the punch and answer some of them for you.

When did the concept start?
The first corporate Platinum Fitness opened in 2016 to rave reviews and is a huge success. Customer satisfaction ratings were off the charts. Today, there are four opened locations.
What is the goal of P-Fitness franchise?
Multiple goals. Our mission is to improve the lives of our clients and community with the highest educated staff, fast and efficient results, and programs built for you individually based on your situation and desired outcome. Our primary goal is to change people’s lives. We do this with a proven formula that works.
Are you franchising across the United States?

Currently, we are registered in 38 states and we are working on adding more registrants. We have every intention to grow P-Fitness Franchise in each and every state and other countries, with well qualified partners. Our intention is to grow in the Florida market and the South. We are more concerned about growing with the right partners than growing fast.

Who is the targeted franchise audience for P-Fitness?

Just about anyone. Since most people feel that they are out of shape, we have an incredible target audience. Everyone who is willing to trust a proven Fitness program.  We have a formula that works and we want to share it with our franchise partners.

What are the franchise fees?

Initial Franchise Fee: $40,000 per location

Marketing: $1,500 to $5,000

What is the royalty?

Annual Royalty: 6% initially and 5% if you have 3 or more locations.

How many square feet is the ideal location?
Our locations run anywhere from 3,500 to 5,500 square feet
Do you provide training?
Yes, we insist on it. As a matter of fact, our training is currently a 2-week program in one of the designated company locations.
Do you help with real estate?
We will provide and assist your team with the real estate site selection, the lease negotiation assistance and the review.
Do you assist with the construction process?
Yes, we will assist you lay out your location, once the lease is executed. We will provide approved vendors that can assist you in building your P-Fit Franchise.
What can I expect in regard to marketing?
We have a polished and proven marketing program that will promote your location and bring clients to your P-Fit Franchise.
What sort of ongoing support will you provide for the franchise community?

ON-GOING SUPPORT:

  1. The P-Fit Franchise Operations department will be available to assist you with any questions you might have. Expect quarterly visits to your location, with a report, to ensure operations are up to P-Fit Franchise standards.
  2. On-going training, guest service programs for franchisee and staff.
  3. Advertising, marketing, social media, and sales assistance.
  4. Scheduled operation evaluations, performed by our operations department, in order to ensure the high-quality standards of all Franchise locations.
Do you provide financing to your franchise community?
We do not currently offer financing. We will direct you to banks and institutions that specialize in loans such as SBA loans.
What is the process to become a franchisee?

The first step is to reach out and have a phone interview.  Please fill out the short questions on this franchise page and we will call you. Call Ozzie the Director of Franchise Development (909) 730-3242 or email [email protected].

After this phone interview you will be sent the P-Fit Franchise application. Once this is returned and processed then we will send you the Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD).

After the 14-day period is completed, then we will schedule a Day of Discovery (DoD) via zoom, phone or in person. This is a time for us to get to know each other. We both need to know we are a good fit for each other. If you are approved for a P-Fit Franchise we will prep the Preliminary Franchise Agreement (PFA). The preliminary franchise fee will be due at signing of the agreement.

Once the PFA has been signed and executed we will commence assisting you with real estate. Once a lease has been approved by P-Fit franchise and executed, then we will execute the franchise agreement.

Then we can assist you in your construction process.  At this time, we will schedule your designated operator to participate in the required training in one of our corporate locations.

As construction and training wrap up we will schedule your opening date with support from our operations department.
